Becoming a Leader...insufficient

I don’t want to become Leader! Please STOP growing! I want to go back home!

The Human tendency is growing very fast,

Whatever I do I feel insufficient before I achieve that.I failed many times when I try to grow faster. But I never failed to try. Because i pushed to become something which i do not want!

I feel now the growth towards economy or business or expanding the any wealth in outside doesn’t make sense for our world.

All the leaderships are struggling. Everybody focusing on leadership, But what we need is no one aware completely. We try to lead on things like how to grow, stabilize and sometimes to survive. Anytime war can happen, already wars are happening. Everyday so many death... in ten years millions of death.

As simple I look at the leadership what they do today is, seeking power and retain and being on top of it!

1. A Super power country is struggling to grow in economy, it has lots of lending from other country. But still it is super power because of weapon and base currency.

2. B another Super power country trying to utilize the situation and becoming the new super power. It experimenting all new innovating weapons and trying to overcome A. Well,

C trying to become next super power, at least in this situation it can only support either A or B, and it thinks later once it is stable it can become another super power. It is believing that it has enough resources.

4. A Committee created by A,B,C to Z countries who are projected that they will take care of Human Rights, a million of people are sending receiving messages to this committee and it is really very busy going.

The leadership is able to find out the way to grow in a big way, but it collapse easily and immense. as we see every big companies go sudden loss and disappears. we now using a "recession" term very often.

Is something wrong going ???

if you see, Its is Right from the kids, The Education goes in to child very tensed and pressurize way in every day, since we need to competitive and win somehow what others are doing. They are grown to be a part of this leaders or support them or overcome them. They put an example leader in each class room to look at other kids to follow him.

The teachers advise the leader to compare with another leader to overcome, take all big A, B, C country leader as example and teach each one of the child. its their job, Parents are paying for that.

In my child hood, I was one of the kids who was walking alone 1 mile to home freely without having any thinking in my mind I just played on the road till reach my home. i do not remember anything , but i remember i was so happy. But today when I leave office I carry lots of task and to do list in hand even after going home.

I have my friends who is perfectly doing and managing things. They are good students you see. But all others not a bad student. They may not like the subject like me...

Today, the competition towards innovation is growing very faster. My memories are getting increased in capturing all the innovation ideas and trying to competitive, but the same time, I am forgetting all the fundamentals of base of life and in fact I do not know what is base of life …… I am asking many guys ….. Is money or relationship or peace or food or what? not got answer so far...

What is that we need in life ? is this leadership is taking me to what i need or what each one of us need ? Where they are leading us to ? and what we are asking them to lead us ?
